How we handle the data you send us through this site.
Who processes your data

What data and why
Contact form
Name, phone, message and optionally a company name. They are used solely to reply to your enquiry. The form runs through Formspree, which delivers the message to our e-mail address. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.
Booking a time
If you book a slot, that happens on Calendly and the details you enter there are processed by Calendly. What reaches us is your name, e-mail and the meeting time.
AI chat
Whatever you type into the chat is sent to our server and from there to the Claude model by Anthropic, which produces the reply. We store no conversation in any database — the history lives only in the open browser tab and disappears when you close it. Please do not type sensitive data into the chat.
Server operation
Hosting runs on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server access logs including IP address and browser type, for operation and security. The chat endpoint additionally holds an IP address in memory for about a minute in order to limit how many questions can be sent per minute.
Google Fonts
The site loads the Outfit typeface from Google's servers. That request transmits your IP address to Google. No cookie is set.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data and we pass it to nobody for advertising. It only reaches the services we need to run the site:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and site operation
- Anthropic PBC — processing messages written into the AI chat
- Formspree Inc. — delivering contact form messages
- Calendly LLC — booking a time
- Google LLC — serving the typeface
Transfers outside the European Union
These services are US-based and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. They do so under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Form messages and e-mails are kept while the enquiry is current, and then for as long as we might need them for a possible engagement or complaint. Chat conversations are not stored at all. Server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's own schedule. Your cookie choice stays in your browser for 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it (right of access)
- have incorrect data corrected (right to rectification)
- ask for it to be deleted (right to erasure)
- restrict its processing
- receive it in a portable format (right to data portability)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- withdraw consent at any time where consent was the basis for processing
Just write to spenvexsk@gmail.com. We reply within one month at the latest. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
