How we work

Four steps. From the first call to a system that runs, with somebody looking after it.

Call
The first call is short. You tell us what slows you down — which work repeats, where data gets retyped by hand, what eats entire days.
We ask for numbers: how often you do it, how many people it touches, how many hours it takes per month. That shows straight away whether it's worth solving.
If we can help, we agree on the next step. If we can't, we say so.
Proposal
You get one page. It says what we'll build, when it will be finished, and for how much.
No variants to argue over, and no line items you don't understand. If something in the proposal isn't clear, that's our mistake and we rewrite it.
Deployment
We build the system and show you how it looks as we go. There's no big reveal at the end — you see it before it's finished, while there's still time to change direction.
We deploy it at your company and walk people through what changes. The old process gets switched off only once the new one works.
Operation
Handover isn't the end. We watch that it runs, fix what breaks, and add what daily use turns out to need.
Companies change and the system has to change with them. When a new process appears, or a new tool needs connecting, we handle that too.

Guarantee

If the system doesn't do what we agreed within 30 days of deployment, you get your money back in full.

The guarantee covers what's written in the proposal. That's why the proposal is one page, and why it says specifically what the system has to do.

Not whoever describes the process, but whoever types it in every day. That's where the exceptions live, and we won't hear about them anywhere else.

Somebody on your side who can say yes or no without passing it up the chain. Without that, the project drags.
